Orders
Items that are currently in stock in the store will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order and delivered to addresses in the continental USA in 2 to 7 days depending on the location. Items that are in stock by our suppliers but not in our store will usually be shipped in 7-14 days. Fine linen special order items are often manufactured to order and will require additional time to ship. If you need or desire shipment by a specific date, please call to allow us time to check stock and determine shipping options. Special order items will require a partial payment before they are ordered.
Texas shipping addresses will have a 8.125% sales tax added to their total. Sales tax will automatically be added to your invoice if the shipping address is within the state of Texas. No sales tax will be charged for any other state or for Canadian customers.
