INTERNET RETURN POLICY:
Returned items must be in new and unused condition. “New and unused” means there are no marks or signs of use on the product. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, or handled in such a manner that prevents us from selling it to our customers as a First Quality product. If the product is opened, it must be re-packaged as originally shipped including all tags and product inserts. Sales receipt must accompany returned items. Please retain a copy for your records. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for consideration of refund. We reserve the right to inspect and return items to you that are not in acceptable condition. The full purchase price less a restocking charge if applicable will be credited in the form of payment used for the original purchase.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of the receipt of purchase, and a return authorization number is required. This number can be obtained via e-mail at www.heirloombeds.com. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Certain returned merchandise is subject to a 30% restocking fee. Custom items and sale/clearance items are not returnable.
